From May 15 to 17, in the charming garden of La Bettolina, an aperitif from days gone by comes to life.
The star of the show is Zavoli’s Mora Romagnola Prosciutto, aged for 38 months, served the old-fashioned way thanks to our new hand-crank slicer, created in collaboration with Berkel.

The ham will be sliced in front of guests, becoming an integral part of the experience—a continuous gesture that sets the rhythm of the aperitif and builds a direct connection with the product, which is celebrated without altering its original flavor.

A ritual that is both spectacle and tradition.

Accompanying the event is a buffet featuring simple flavors designed to highlight every nuance of the ham.

The evenings will be accompanied by a musical selection strictly on vinyl, featuring some of the leading figures of the Milanese scene:
Friday, May 15 - Younico (Resilienza Records)
Saturday, May 16 - Lillo Carillo (Club Manifesta)
Sunday, May 17 - Yamati (Brera Groove)

Prosciutto Bar is not just an aperitif. It’s a journey through taste, music, and time.
