Filled with smoked beef brisket cooked by us for 14 hours, creamed in cream,

18-year-aged balsamic vinegar from Reggio Emilia and smoked pepper

With traditional Cascina ragout, Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse aged over 30 months.
